1- Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24x7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery.
2- It is a single portal connected to all the Ministries/Departments of Government of India and States. Every Ministry and States have role-based access to this system.
3- CPGRAMS is also accessible to the citizen
1- Citizen can login by using registered Email ID and password used while registration.
2- Create grievance in the system.
3- Grievance created will be forwarded to CGM (HRD).
4- Subsequently the resolution will be provided on the grievance by the concerned officer.
