Vigilance Complaint Handling in RCFL
In the fight against corruption, genuine complaints have a vital role. Vigilance Department, therefore, solicits and receives complaints from Indian citizens, various stakeholders like vendors, contractors, dealers, farmers etc. The complaints are handled, investigated and disposed as per the prevalent practice of RCFL more or less in line with the general principles/process of Complaint handling policy given in the CVC Vigilance Manual (updated 2021).
