Ms Aparna S. Sharma, Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India. She is a post graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and a 1990 batch CSS Officer. She has over 26 years of work experience in various Ministries of Government of India including Department of Higher Education, Health and Family Welfare, Personnel and Training. Finance and Urban Development. She has handled a range of subjects while handling portfolios of varied nature relating to intellectual property rights, infrastructure development, policy formulation, scheme implementation, drafting legislation and work of regulatory nature. She has written several articles and made presentations at national and international workshops as part of official duties.
