Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak, Government Nominee Director
Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak is appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 21, 2026.
Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer, 2001 batch, belonging to the Rajasthan cadre. He holds degree of M.A. and a Ph.D from Allahabad University. Dr. Pathak is a distinguished civil servant with extensive experience in governance and public administration. He has served in various senior capacities in both the Government of Rajasthan and the Government of India. Currently, he serves as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, New Delhi. He also served senior positions in the Government of Rajasthan including Secretary (Public Administration), Secretary (Finance), Secretary (Rural Development), Secretary (Women & Child Development) and Commissioner (Industries Development). He has also served as District Collector & Magistrate in multiple districts and has been associated with the Chief Minister’s Office, contributing to policy formulation and implementation.
Dr. Pathak brings rich experience across sectors including finance, rural development, industry, and administrative reforms. He has also undergone mid-career and specialized training programmes, including international exposure in e-governance.
