Candidate is required to bring Photocopies of Photo Identity proof along with originals (Government issued) example Aadhar Card, PAN card, Driving license, Disability Certificate (in-case of PWbD Candidates) along with 2 (two) Passport size recent photographs etc. while coming for Pre-Employment Medical check-up.

 

  1. In case if the candidate fails to clear the Medical Test or Scrutiny of documents, their candidature shall stand cancelled.
