Training workshop on ‘Vigilance – Investigation & Report, Examination of digital trails in scams and Conducting CTE Type IE’ was conducted for Vigilance Personnel of RCF Ltd and CPSEs/JVs under the Department of Fertilisers and some CPSEs located in the vicinity during 9-10 October 2025.
A total of 30 Vigilance personnel attended the programme in hybrid mode. The participation of vigilance personnel from different organisations facilitated discussion on vital issues in vigilance investigation and intensive examination of contracts. The deliberations and experience sharing were found beneficial by the participants.
Sessions on Examination of digital trails was conducted by Dr. Ramya Shah, Assistant Professor from NFSU Gandhinagar for 30 Vigilance personnel and 15 officials from the Finance and IT departments of RCF Ltd. Deliberations on recent trends in digital scams, legal standing of electronic evidence, and caution to be taken while using Net banking and other IT applications were done in the workshop.
On the occasion, CVO provided a brief on vigilance awareness initiatives, the special push that RCF Ltd is undertaking under VAW-2025, the use of technology, and the emergence of new challenges in the fight against corruption.
