Vigilance Awareness Week - 2025

Dealers Meet-cum-Grievance Redressal Camp Nashik, Maharashtra on 15.10.2025

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Dealers Meet-cum-Grievance Redressal Camp was conducted for RCF registered dealers at Nashik on 15th October 2025 as an outreach activity to promote integrity and disseminate information regarding the menace of corruption and different measures available to redress it.

After a brief introduction by the dealers present, Shri Chetan Patil, in-charge of the District Marketing Office, Nashik gave a brief on the purpose of the meet-cum-camp and compered the proceedings. Shri Mahesh Patil, Area In-charge, Nashik Area Marketing Office gave a brief account of sale of fertilizers of RCF Ltd in the Nashik region. He emphasized on the importance of the Nashik region in the fertilizer sale of RCF Ltd and expressed satisfaction at the contribution made by the dealers of the Nashik area.

Shri Bhagwansingh Chavan, DGM(MS) provided detailed overview of fertilizer scenario and subsidies and also about the status of the availability of newly imported fertilizers. He expressed satisfaction towards the contribution and vital role played by the dealers registered with RCF Ltd for last 35-50 years. Shri Vinod Taral-Patil, President of the Maharashtra Fertilizers’ Association (MAFDA) urged all the dealers to remain vigilant.

CVO, RCF Ltd Dr. Rahul S. Jagtap in his address lauded the vital role played by the fertilizer sector in attaining food security in India and explained the objectives of the campaign on preventive vigilance and observance of VAW-2025, and emphasized vigilance as a shared responsibility of all stakeholders. Shri Sanjay Athawale, DGM (Vigilance) explained about various vigilance complaint handling mechanisms available in India at the Centre and State levels, such as the State’s Anti-Corruption Bureaus, CVC, CBI and PIDPIR/Lokpal etc.

The queries, grievances raised and suggestions furnished by the participants during the open forum were deliberated for further necessary action. Senior fertilizer dealer Shri Bebilal Sancheti expressed his gratitude to RCF Ltd for organizing such a unique program. He appealed to the dealers present to ensure that there would be no malpractice of any kind in the sales operations. An Integrity Pledge was administered to the participants.
