PIDPI complaint related to RCF and employees of RCF, should not be sent directly to Chief Vigilance officer, RCF. Such PIDPI complaint has to be sent directly to Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission or to Chief Vigilance Officer of the Department of Fertilizers, Government of India.
